Overview

Acron Aviation Academy provides an integrated IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program with a clear training footprint across India and the USA (Sanford/Orlando, Florida). The course is designed for zero-hour cadets and leads to employment as a Junior First Officer on the A320 upon successful completion and IndiGo checks.

Typical duration: approx. 22 months (depending on scheduling, weather and individual progress).

What the Program Includes

Letter of Intent (LOI) from IndiGo prior to training commencement.
FAA CPL SEIR training in Florida and US-based flight syllabus.
DGCA Licence Conversion on return to India.
A320 Type Rating (DGCA-approved TRTO placement and MCC training).
Logistics support for accommodation, visas and return travel in key phases.

Entry Criteria

  • Age: 18 up to 34 years and 364 days at application.
  • Education: 10+2 with minimum 51% in Physics, Maths and English.
  • Medical: Ability to obtain and maintain DGCA & FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings; BMI within 18–25 required.
  • Valid passport and unrestricted right to travel.
