CAE – NFTI Gondia​

CAE – NFTI Gondia is self-sponsored Program designed by CAE and IndiGo is to enable eligible candidate to train for a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and an Airbus A320 Type Rating before going on to fly as an A320 Junior First Officer with Indigo

Eligibility

➢ Age between 18 and 32 years
➢ Valid passport
➢ Fluent in English (verbal and written)
➢ Indian DGCA Class 1 Medical Certificate at the time of LOI
➢ Minimum education qualification: 10+2 with minimum score of 51% /
     Grade Point 6 / Grade C1 – individually in each subject i.e. Physics /
     Mathematics / English or a higher degree in these subjects with
     minimum of 51%*

Stage 1: Online Assessment test​

This assessment will cover:
• Computer-based testing
• Pilot aptitude, including hand/eye co-ordination          motor skills and spatial awareness
• Academic, mathematical and technical capacity
• A multiple-choice test of technical reasoning
• A dynamic multi-task test

Stage 2: Group activity​

Group activity assessment will be conducted in the presence of a selection panel from IndiGo. It will assess your communication skills and team coordination.

Stage 3: Personal interview​

The next stage is a 1-to-1 personal interview with the IndiGo selection panel. *LOI is signed upon successfully completing the entire assessment process.

Course Outline

The above training duration are excluding but not limited to DGCA licensing, visa applications, weather disruptions and remedials that might extend the duration of the cadet training.

Course Fee​​

DGCA CPL – INR 4200000 + Taxes as applicable

A320 Type Rating – USD 31,500 + Taxes as applicable
